On December 6, 2023, TEDxIIS Youth brought together brilliant minds and inspiring voices for a day of thought-provoking discussions and innovation. As the Technical Head, I played a pivotal role in ensuring the event’s seamless execution, managing all technical aspects from six months prior to the big day.

Key Responsibilities & Contributions:
- Website Development & Design: Built and maintained the official event website while collaborating with the design team to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing digital presence across the website and social media platforms.
- Event Production & Equipment Management: Worked closely with the ground team to handle all lighting, cameras, photography, recording, microphones, and speakers—strictly adhering to TED’s global standards.
- Live Execution & Coordination: Ensured smooth transitions and flawless technical operations throughout the event, creating an immersive and engaging experience for speakers and attendees.

Through meticulous planning and execution, TEDxIIS Youth 2023 became a resounding success, delivering an unforgettable experience while upholding the highest TEDx production standards.
